“He protected me from ever having to deal with my ex due to the fact I left an abusive marriage.“
When I first met Kim, she wanted to sell her home, but she didn’t want to go anywhere near it. She was awarded the right to evict her ex-husband from their house to sell and get her funds. Kim was afraid that if she went back, her husband would see her or still be there and it wouldn’t be good. I met with Kim to assure her I would take care of everything related to her house and she was grateful to have someone in her corner helping her out
When I got to the house, the keys Kim provided did not fit the lock anymore, so I had a locksmith come out right away. The ex-husband had left all kinds of belongings and garbage at the house. He also tore up the bathroom and bedroom and left them unfinished. Kim asked me to find her family photos that were left at the house. I found a few boxes of photos as well as a box of jewelry. When I returned these things to her, she couldn’t believe that I had brought her the jewelry I found as well. I remember her saying, “These are real pearls!”
I talked with a few of the neighbors and found a buyer almost immediately. Adam was a young guy with family in the area that liked the idea of having a project to work on, as this house was. Within a few days of being out to the house for the first time, we had a purchase agreement together for more than Kim had expected the house would sell for. Adam also took on all the hard work. He bought the house as-is, so we didn’t even need to remove any of the belongings or make any repairs.
Selling a home that is in need of major repair and is filled with belongings can be a daunting task. When I get involved, it will be a weight lifted off their shoulders. Take a look at the google reviews left by Kim and Adam.
Dan helped me through the entire process of purchasing a home. As a first time home buyer, there were many unknowns for me and many questions. Dan answered all my questions professionally and timely. He even set me up with a mortgage company for the purchase. The entire process was smooth thanks to Dan. I would recommend Dan to anybody looking to buy or sell their home. He knows the market and knows what he is doing. Thank you Dan! ~Adam P
Dan is one of the kindest and caring person I’ve ever met. Moreover, he is a great realtor, he had my property sold before it was even listed. When he went to my property he talked to a neighbor and the neighbor wanted my house and he bought it. Dan went about and beyond for me. I was going through a rough divorce and he made sure I didn’t have to go there, he asked if he could bring me anything from my home and I told him where my ex said he left the pictures I wanted, Dan found them and brought them to me. Now that is going way above and beyond. He’s awesome! If you want your house sold hire Dan and he’ll get it sold. He’s honest, respectful, and trustworthy. He protected me from ever having to deal with my ex due to the fact I left an abusive marriage. He is a great person that truly cares. I called him my guardian angel. ~Kim M

Personal
I had shoulder surgery (rotator cuff) in the end of August. I was a little slow moving for a while, as it had me in a sling for 6 weeks. I am finally starting to feel somewhat normal again – at least in my day to day life, but it will still be some time before I’m back to all of my typical activities. I feel sympathetic for anyone else that needs to go through the same surgery as it is a slow recovery!
I am spending Christmas in Vegas. My extended family will be out there as well. It will be a nice break from the cold. Let me know if there are any shows we should go see (family friendly, or one my wife and I could go to ourselves), or if you have a favorite spot out there I should check out!
Happy Holidays, and I wish you the best!
